Unfortunately since products are often custom made, we can not accept returns.  We only accept returns due to defects or delivery damage. Should this occur, we will repair the damage, replace the piece, or refund the cost of the piece. When your piece arrives, please inspect it for damage. Should damage have occurred in transit, please immediatley notify the carrier and us. We will assist you in all claims.

Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or blanket wrap carrier, depending on order size and distance. Shipping is difficult to estimate because of differing size of each piece and distance the piece will have to travel.  When you place your order, you will be provided with a shipping estimate date, and once shipped you will recieve a tracking number and date of delivery.
